There will be a selection of hot entrees including: chicken parm, sausage/peppers and onions, chicken fingers, penne ala vodka, handmade meatballs, green beans and tater tots along with salad, rolls, non-alcoholic beverages and dessert. A cash bar will also be available for additional refreshments.
What is Danny's Walk?
Hi, my name is Katherine Rudden, and I want to share a
little bit about Danny's Walk to Save the Children.
Danny's Walk is an annual fundraising event to raise money for the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and to honor my brother Danny, who we lost on 8/20/21 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Danny was very passionate about protecting women and children, especially children from human trafficking. One night he had a dream, and when he woke, he knew he needed to find a charity to support this cause – and, to make a sizable donation to help.
After our loss, it just seemed appropriate to organize "Danny's Walk to Save the Children" as an annual fundraiser for this important charity. While walking to help the NCMEC, we are also helping each other by honoring Danny and keeping his memory alive.
